SVG in Russian

There are a lot of designers and programmers in Russia who use flash and who want to learn some new technologies for vector graphics.

http://xml.nsu.ru/extra/menu_svg.svg misses namespace declaration, can you please report that (as i can't write Russian) ? And it looks like some of the content there is somewhat dated (from the 'Adobe SVG Viewer only' era). If so (i could very easily be wrong), maybe you can help update or extend it.
